Ivars Bergmanis joins the Listing and Surveillance Committee of Nasdaq Tallinn
Nasdaq Tallinn has established the committee to evaluate the entry and exit of securities on the exchange as well as to handle suspected violations of exchange-related regulations.
It functions as an independent body and all their decisions are made public through the dissemination of a press release by the relevant exchange and publication of the information on the exchange’s website.

Decisions of the Nasdaq Tallinn Listing and Surveillance Committee may be appealed to a court of arbitration.
